Our Fiesta Kraut is a lively, savoury kraut with a bit of kick. Traditionally lacto-fermented and made without vinegar, it brings some extra flavour to anything that could us a little spice.

Suggested ways to use

Add it to tacos, burritos and grain bowls, pile it onto burgers or sandwiches, serve it with eggs, or use it as an easy flavour boost alongside your favourite meal.

Ingredients
Green cabbage, filtered water, carrot, onion, salt, garlic, red pepper flakes, jalapeño pepper, Mexican oregano.
