Shipping Across Canada
We ship our refrigerated products to most Canadian provinces. Because our ferments are alive and need to stay cool, we carefully plan shipments to minimize time in transit and avoid packages sitting in warehouses over weekends whenever possible.
Order Minimum
A minimum order of $60 before shipping is required for shipped orders. There is no minimum order for local delivery.
Shipping Rates
British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario & Quebec: $15 refrigerated shipping on order over $60. Free shipping on order over $125.
Atlantic Canada (New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island & Newfoundland and Labrador): $35 refrigerated shipping on orders over $60.
Local Delivery
Free local delivery is available in Saskatoon, Warman and Martensville. Local delivery will appear as an option at checkout for eligible addresses. No minimum order required.
When Will My Order Ship?
Because our products are refrigerated, we schedule shipments carefully to reduce the chance of your order sitting in transit over a weekend. Depending on when your order is placed and where it's headed, it may be held until the next appropriate shipping day.
When Your Order Arrives
Our ferments are shipped refrigerated with frozen gel packs, but they may not arrive refrigerator-cold. Some warming during transit is normal. Once your order arrives, unpack it promptly and place your fermented products in the refrigerator.
