Our Story
We are busy moms, science nerds and proud Saskatoon residents who care deeply about good food, sustainability, and making thoughtful food choices. Like many families, we felt the responsibility of feeding our loved ones well while also considering hte impact on our community and planet.
Our journey started with a single jar of Carrot Ginger Sauerkraut - and from that first bite, we were hooked. That moment inspired us to bring the ancient tradition of fermentation into the modern world, creating bold, delicious foods made with simple ingredients.
We've done the research, learned the science, and refined the process - but at its heart, what we make is remarkably simple: vegetables, salt and time. Real food, transformed through fermentation.
