Prairie Summer Kraut

Earthy beets meet fresh dill in a kraut inspired by summer on the prairies.

Our Prairie Summer Kraut combines cabbage and beets with dill, garlic and lemon for a bright, earthy flavour. Traditionally lacto-fermented and made without vinegar, it's especially good if you love pickled beets or borscht.

Suggested ways to use

Pile it onto pulled pork sandwiches, serve it alongside pork chops or grilled meats, add it to sandwiches and grain bowls, or enjoy it as a colourful side.
