Traditional no vinegar pickles, our dillicious dill pickles kind of a big dill. Made by naturally fermenting cucumbers in a perfectly balanced salt brine and a delicious blend of spices . They are wonderfully crunchy and tangy and beaming with live cultures. We promise this is the way a pickle should taste! Since they are naturally fermented, they offer a lot of the same health benefits as naturally fermented kraut and they do need to be kept in the refrigerator. Once cucumbers ripen in the field in July we make pickles like crazy but sadly, once they are gone they are gone until next year.
